The TRI GREEN Combustion Furnace is a custom-engineered industrial process-heating system designed to recover and recirculate usable heat. Heated air is returned to the process to reduce heat loss, maintain the required temperature and improve fuel utilisation.
The system combines a fully modulating industrial natural-gas burner, circulation blower and purpose-designed hot-air ducting to provide controlled, consistent heat for the application.
Suitable Applications
- Product curing and drying
- Sterilisation and heat treatment
- Heating or maintaining product temperature
- Other customised industrial thermal processes
Key Features
- Heat-recovery and hot-air recirculation design
- Fully modulating natural-gas burner matched to the heating load
- Circulation blower with three-phase motor
- Integrated control panel, safety sensors and measuring instruments
- Natural-gas piping with suitable safety instrumentation
- Rectangular or round furnace configurations
- Optional data logging, PLC, SCADA or IoT monitoring integration
Energy and Operational Benefits
By reusing available thermal energy, the system helps reduce wasted heat and unnecessary fuel consumption. Depending on the operating conditions, production load, furnace configuration and installation condition, the heat-recovery design may provide approximately 10%-20% savings in natural-gas consumption. Actual savings should be confirmed through an engineering assessment and measured fuel-consumption data.
Lower fuel use can also help reduce associated carbon dioxide emissions while improving process stability and operating-cost control.
Monitoring and Carbon Reporting
Optional monitoring and data-logging systems can record operating temperature, fuel usage, running hours and other relevant process parameters. These records can support process optimisation, energy-performance monitoring and organisational carbon reporting. Any carbon-credit eligibility remains subject to an applicable methodology, documented baseline, independent verification and programme requirements.
